Two beaches have full handicapped access: Centenaire and Carras. On these beaches there are ramps for wheelchair access, special mats on the beach to station the wheelchairs and specially trained personnel at the first-aid station. There's parking for the handicapped, handicap-shower and toilet access and even a floating wheelchair insuring safe bathing for the handicapped. On Carras there's an "audioplage" system which allows the visually impaired to listen for sound signals to guide them.
