Glamorous and sophisticated, ZPlage beach-restaurant on La Croisette is the place to go for celebrity-spotting, especially during the Cannes Film Festival of course.
The rest of the year at ZPlage you'll see plenty of great-looking people in expensive bikinis. Affiliated with the internationally renowned Hotel Martinez, ZPlage boasts a long pontoon with beautifully arranged lounge chairs and umbrellas.
The cuisine is in the capable hands of Christian Sinicropi, former chef of the top-end Palme d'Or restaurant. From fish to meat and vegetables, Mr. Sinicropi chooses his ingredients carefully and seasons them with imagination.
In July and August, ZPlage is the place to be as the sun goes down. During the week, a DJ spins lounge as guests sip cocktails and munch on tapas. On weekends, there are dinner shows.
